What is the capacity of your event space?

Capacity for a sit down meal is 50-60 people max( mixed tables and extra chairs rented) Mingling events max 75 people

How big is your event space?

Square footage: 975 sq feet ( not including outdoor space or separate temporary storage space)

Can we view the event space before booking?

  • Appointments to view space can be scheduled any day of the week from 11-5pm Tues-Sun

  • We have event packages for showers, wedding receptions and birthday parties

Private Event Rental Fees

Weekday (Monday - Thursday): space rental $85/hr

Weekend day events 11am-5pm (Friday-Sunday): space rental $100/hr

Evening events (events ending after 5pm)(Friday -Sunday): space rental $125/hr

Wedding reception rental- please inquire for an estimate.

(Included in the space: approximately 10 wooden chairs, 5 wooden tables and 10 metal chairs)

If needed:

Extra chairs: $4 each (35 chairs extra)

Fold-up tables: $10 each(3 tables extra)

floral Decor: bud vases with flower stems , chiffon table runners, table cloths, place mats and candles for rent extra ($50/a table -$100/a table (depending on floral selection)

Clean-Up

Please assemble garbage in black bags and leave them in the space. Please put recycling in blue bags or blue boxes provided (paper recycling needs to be separated from all other recyclables) and please remove any food from the fridge.

Community public events $50 rent (Monday-Thursday only)
